The concept of gender in children forms between the age of three and seven. They form an understanding of gender norms, identities and stereotypes. By this age they also acquire strong gender biases, such as which jobs men and women should fulfill. Early awareness on gender equality prevents stereotyping, bullying and limiting beliefs.
Interactive learning sessions helps children build an understanding and acceptance of being gender inclusive. They are encouraged to explore and develop to their full potential according to their unique and valuable talents and interests, irrespective of their sex.
